Als Bildmotiv w\u00e4hlten viele Zeichner, Stecher und Verleger die unber\u00fchrte Natur, aber auch die dicht bebaute, von Mauern umschlossene Stadt und die technischen Errungenschaften der Vormoderne. Ist dies das Ende der sch\u00f6nen Welt?<\/p>\n<p>Gezeigt wurden teils vertraute, teils \u00fcberraschende Landschaftsfacetten aus Tirol, S\u00fcdtirol und dem Trentino, historische Reiseberichte f\u00fchrten in das Thema der Ausstellung ein. \u00dcber 80 Exponate aus der Sammlung Arnaldo Loner, Bozen, zeigen unterschiedliche Aspekte sowie abwechslungsreiche Blickwinkel der ><p>Vor genau 200 Jahren, im Jahre 1816, schenkte die Stadt Meran dem Kaiser Franz I. das Stammschloss Tirol nachdem es in den napoleonischen Kriegswirren vor dem Abriss gerettet worden war. Zu dem Anlass fertigte Jakob Ulrich Pirchstaller einen ersten Plan an, die erste Bauforschungsma\u00dfnahme auf Schloss Tirol.<\/p>\n<p>In den letzten drei\u00dfig Jahren wurde das \u201eObjekt\u201c Schloss Tirol wie kein anderes auf seine Baugeschichte hin untersucht: das Entdecken und Deuten von fast unsichtbaren Baun\u00e4hten, die dendrochronologischen Daten der original erhaltenen Bauh\u00f6lzern, die mineralogische Untersuchung der Baumaterialien und die Ger\u00fcstloch-Arch\u00e4ologie sind nur einige der faszinierenden Themen, die in der Ausstellung zur Baugeschichte von Schloss Tirol zur Sprache kommen. Vor fast tausend Jahren sind die \u00e4ltesten Mauern entstanden und seither sind die Arbeiten nie ganz zum Stillstand gekommen. Endlich kommt in einer Ausstellung Schloss Tirol selbst zu Wort, die Mauern geben ihre Geheimnisse preis.<\/p>\n<p>Das zur Ausstellung erscheinende Begleitbuch kann als F\u00fchrer durch die Ausstellung wie auch als Katalog gelesen werden, und mithilfe von Audio-Guides k\u00f6nnen zus\u00e4tzliche Informationen erfragt ><p>Der Bergfried von Schloss Tirol, nach einer l\u00e4ngeren Phase der inhaltlichen und gestalterischen Erneuerung im September 2016 wiederer\u00f6ffnet, beinhaltet das j\u00fcngere Geschichtsged\u00e4chtnis S\u00fcdtirols.<\/p>\n<p>Dem rostst\u00e4hlernen, an das Allerheiligste eines alten Tempels erinnernden Geh\u00e4use an der Zinne des Turms kommt die Aufgabe zu, den k\u00fcnstlerischen Statements der j\u00fcngsten Vergangenheit und der Gegenwart Raum zu geben, und so neben der kognitiven Ebene auch die sinnliche anzusprechen.<br \/>\nDie erste Ausstellung im neuen Format ist dem Bildhauer und Grafiker Michael H\u00f6llrigl aus Lana gewidmet. H\u00f6llrigl hat\u00a0 am 29. November 2016 sein achtzigstes Lebensjahr vollgeendet. Dies wird zum Anlass genommen, sein graphisches Werk in einer verschlankten Auswahl ins Auge zu fassen und es, das ansonsten im Verborgenen ruht, den BesucherInnen bekannt zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Die breite, \u00fcber Jahrzehnte w\u00e4hrende Schaffenspalette ger\u00e4t hier in eine formale Extraktion, die Heinrich Schwazer vorgenommen hat. Im Austellungsraum wird eine Auswahl von Grafiken, u.a. aus dem \u201eFries der schwarzen Frauen\u201c gezeigt.
