Die Einnahmen aus zwei seiner H\u00f6fe erh\u00e4lt ebenfalls die Pfarrkirche Bozen, damit f\u00fcr ihn eine t\u00e4gliche Messe gelesen wird. Schlie\u00dflich vermacht er 30 Mark dem Bozner Heiliggeistspital, welches gerade die Jahre des Pesteinfalls gut zu \u00fcberstehen wusste.<\/p>\n<p>Die Schenkung l\u00e4sst sich in die au\u00dferordentlichen Seelger\u00e4tschaften einordnen, zumal durch die Stiftung einer t\u00e4glichen Messe ein betr\u00e4chtliches Stiftungskapital notwendig war. Aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach verstarb Erhard von Niederthor nicht im Heiliggeistspital nahe der Pfarrkirche. Die Zuwendung an das Spital ist unter dem Aspekt der \u201eguten Werke\u201c zu sehen, welche einen etwaigen Aufenthalt im Fegefeuer zu verk\u00fcrzen wussten.
